		Have I noted any changes in equipment and materials?
PROCEDURE (5%)
		Do I understand the procedure?
		Am I aware of ALL lab safety issues connected with this lab?

		Have I noted any changes in procedure?
DATA TABLES (5%) 
		Have I prepared the necessary data tables?
		Do my data tables have headings and units?

DATA ANALYSIS/RESULTS (50%)
