Just like trying to find a psychiatrist, finding a psychologist in SF was a real pain. Certainly much harder than finding a pschyiatrist, and you need both for effective treatment of a serious psychiatric issue.

Hi Dr. ____

My name is Joe Puccio, I was hoping to find out when your soonest appointment is for a new patient.

About 2 months ago, I was having daily stomach pain and I went to see a GI doctor. After the endoscopy discovered nothing, we realized the cause was my anxiety. That's when my anxiety began to take over my life, to the point where I can't plan for anything because I don't know which days I'll feel all right and which days I'll be completely overwhelmed. . I haven't even been able to focus on books or TV because I find my mind obsessing constantly over the things that are worrying me in every idle moment.

So, please let me know when your soonest appointment is when you can. You can give me a call back at (919) 259-2136 at any time. I'm available at any time of day for an appointment. thank you so much.
