I was talking to your mum. I have some thoughts about your job search for this summer. Of course, knowing how you are, you are probably 20 steps ahead of me. However, consider (a) applying to fancy places like McKinsey, Goldman Sachs in Toronto (for sophomores from Harvard, they may make an exception - doubt if you would get similar job this summer in NY) or (b) applying to jobs in Paris so that you can really improve your French skills. If I was Joe, I would of course vote for (a) - who wants to compete with French men ;-). Let me know if you want to bounce any other ideas.
