- [ ] West side campaign against hunger - the place Lloyd was saying set up unemployment without him having to touch a computer, they have amazing food, etc. 
- [ ] Alternative funding strategies. Like what we have planned at Coursicle. 
    - [ ] Only allowing people with less than $500,000 in assets to invest, and capping that amount to $2,000. 
- [ ] Mental healthcare for all. Half of homeless have a mental health issue. Free therapy for all. 
- [ ] Interest free loans for low income housing, car loans, etc. 
    - [ ] In our current system, wealth begets wealth. The system of interest on a fundamental is just a wealth concentrator. 
    - [ ] Think about the typical path of an American. Optional college debt. Car loan. House loan. By the end they pay an extra 30% of the principal of the loan, and assume all of the risk of owning the house (damage, housing bubble crashing, etc). 
- [ ] Healthcare debt, higher education debt.
    - [ ] This is another wealth polarizer and result in a lot of limiting. 
- [ ] There appears to be too much of a focus on individual events or actions. Taking over the park. Interactions with the police. Not getting permits. This is local. This is temporary. This isn’t systemic change. 
- [ ] The idea of not having a leader team or even organized direct democracy just seems like almost a self sabotage. 
    - [ ] Think about the other major social movements. Women’s rights, civil rights, these movements had leaders and organization. Why could this movement be any different? 
    - [ ] What are your thoughts on this structure and it’s effectiveness? 
- [ ] At the end she asks a lot of questions. Will we build better structures. Will we organize. The answer isn’t questions, it’s action and working on answers. 
- [ ] So many of the smartest people I know are on this very preordained track. Ivy League school, consulting or finance, law school, work to enrich the rich and ultimately themselves. Why is that the model? Why not self sufficiency? 
- [ ] Boiling the ocean is not the way to go. You can’t get 1000 demands. That’s not how progress works. 
- [ ] Like why is nobody asking for an autopsy and why the movement failed. Like nothing changed. So why are we celebrating this movement.
- [ ] I used to work on Shahid Buttar's campaign in San Francisco, on the tech team. 
    - [ ] So fucking disappointing, the sexual assault stuff was one thing. 
    - [ ] But the fucking fact he paid himself over $100,000/year during the campaign is frankly disgusting. Too many leaders don't follow what they preach. 
    - [ ] But just because many don't, even the majority don't, doesn't mean you should throw out the entire model. I think this is fallacious.
