- [ ] Think about Tara saying “I need you to be strong for me.” 
- [ ] Nothing is going wrong. Everything is good right now. 
- [ ] It hasn’t even been a week since things got bad. 
- [ ] Just think about what Tara would say to you, because that always makes you feel better in the moment. She says “everything’s all right. Nothing bad is happening. You can just relax. Just go with the flow, let the feelings wash over you.” 
- [ ] Remember to just imagine the feelings washing over you, rather than experiencing them. 
- [ ] Run every day in the morning. 
- [ ] Tara will set me up with certain yoga that I’ll do at night.
