Overclocking is exhausting. Frankly, I wouldn't really recommend it in the end, the instability of software just makes it not worth it for the performance gain. I mean, sure, if you have nothing else to do and you want a couple more frames, why not, but unless your card or die has a known large overhead for overclocking, just use your time playing games and enjoying (relatively) stable software.
