Spicy 9 in Chapel Hill offers arguably my favorite dessert at a restauraunt: fried ice cream. Naturally, I tried to recreate the dish at home, but it was difficult to replicate. I believe the key is coating the ice cream with pound cake to get a thick layer of fried stuffs outside the ice cream.
