This is one of the most infuriating things that Google has introduced to the seasoned internet user. I'll regularly go to a page, quickly determine that it doesn't have the information I want, and then will return to the search results and try to click on the next result. Of course, with this feature the next result I'm trying to click on slides down with an animation, causing me to misclick. It's very reminiscent of when you're reading something and an ad loads and it shifts the page and causes you to lose your spot or to misclick on the page. It's an infuriating "feature".
