I'm pretty obsessed with carrot cake, and UNC used to serve it at the dining hall sporadically. I didn't have a meal plan, but my friends did, so I wrote a script that would scrape the menus of each of the dining halls and notify me when carrot cake was being served so that I could give my friends tupperware and they could bring me back a couple dozen slices.
