Changes 
5 cloves of garlic instead of 2 
3 teaspoons of red pepper flakes instead of 2
Do it for 8 minutes, not 7. 
Do for 20 minutes, but then bring down to lowest setting until serving. Stirring occasionally. 

Results: was pretty damn good. Just maybe a bit more spicy. 


Run #2, 3/12/18

Used same as above. 
But used precise measurements instead of spoons. 

Added the pecorino Romano this time. Seemed like a lot. We’ll see how it turns out. 

Run #3

Same as run #1, but added an extra 3/4 teaspoon of pepper flakes. 

Did 3/4 of half a cup of Romano, since a full half cup seemed like a lot. 

NOTE: IS A BIT TOO SPICY. PROBABLY SHOULD DO 2 SPOONS OF PEPPER FLAKES.
